★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My two grand children loves the Baby SPA and Massage. My niece loves her after giving birth massage, it was very relaxing. The customer services is excellent. The ladies are lovely and very accommodating. The ladies make you feel so welcomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed. Drove from South Auckland today in hopes my nearly 3year old daughter could have a good relaxing time as I’ve seen many friends attend different “baby spas”. Got there to see a completely empty shop and found out that they are only accepting children 6 months up to 2 years old, and nothing beyond (even a few months beyond 2 years old). Disappointed in driving all the way out there, the lady managing the store proceeded to label my daughter as “too active” for the spa session. I was very furious as she is very well in warm water. She loves baths so much and loves just sitting there, and for her to be labelled too active just put me off the whole business. Shows exactly the culture and attitude these people show. Not surprised the business was completely empty. Very glad my money wasn’t spent here after that poor customer service. Hope that lady enjoyed her phone calls as she wouldn’t leave her mobile.
The least this business could do is update their entire page because it does not look anything like photos now. It’s tidy yes. But very inaccurate and there is no website or photo of pricing to help customers beforehand make a decision.
I wouldn’t suggest this business to people due to the customer service in itself. Wouldn’t want a nasty person like that monitoring my child.
