★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with my bestie and arrived on time, yet they made us wait. When I sat down for the worker to do my nails she started talking to her friend while buffing my nails, it hurt while she was buffing but I didn't say anything as I'm a nice customer. She also told me to move to a different seat where her friend served me but she also did the same. When another customer came in they sat her down immediately, forgetting about me. also when my nails were finished they felt very brittle and thin as if they were very easy to break. *ps, they can't do nail art.

Turned up to my appointment to find out it hadn’t been booked in their appointment book and they couldn’t fit me in!!! Showed the girl the email as my confirmation. Disgusting customer service
