Just about to close on a Saturday, the sales lady (I'm ashamed to say I didn't get her name) took the time to go far beyond my expectations by doing a small alteration of an item I did not even purchase from them. This kind of amazing customer service is very rare these days, and will not go unrewarded. You have my business for life!
