β β β β β Sunny did my nails! She is very professional, she knows exactly what sheβs doing. My set lasted 4 weeks before I had to do an infill (NO LIFTING). The coffin shape was very good and sharp, it was not uneven and blunt, I really liked it.

β β β β β I recently had my nails done the week before Christmas. On the day I did not like the lack of attention or care given to my manicure. Within three days the nails cracked and chipped way too easily. I do not recommend this business. I am very particular and their standard is way below par. Their attentiveness is average and lacks any customer service.

β β β β β My friend and I walked in and got seated straight away as there was only one other customer there, the lady started doing my nails and stuck the acrylics on one hand, got up and started doing another customers nails that came in after me. 15 MINUTES LATER she comes back sticks the other acrylics on my other hand starts shaping, we get to the color application and I ask if I could get a design and she said I had to wait longer as it was "now busy" however it was basically empty when I arrived. My friends nails were finished when I was halfway through mine. I felt the lady doing my nails was unprofessional and unwilling to spend time doing my nails when she was quite happy to start on others halfway through my nail appointment when they come in after me. First in First served.
Not going to lie, they do a good job on your nails when they focus on them however I am not going to come back due to the unprofessional environment.

β β β β β Not very happy with the process of the pedicure I received.
I was asked if I wanted my nails cut, I replied that I just want a tidy, they proceed to clip my nails right down to the skin, and then angle cut them (so hello another year of ingrown toenails that I have only just managed to grow out and get rid of, after a previous place did the same thing). The tools were not particularly clean, and cannot be sure of any sanitisation, but the file she rubbed against my skin after cutting the whole nail down was absolutely not clean.
I was the only person there, and felt ignored as they were more interested in talking with each other.
I asked her for a very neutral colour, and ended upleaving with very bright pink, which I promptly went home and removed before doing anything else. After removing the colour, I can see the crookedness of my nails (I'm guessing it's because she cut them so far down and wasn't able to actually file them, that she just decided to leave them) and had really quite an unpleasant experience.
0/10, will not be returning.
