Would of been professional to be informed when walking in and not having to waste 45 minutes of my time! Not impressed at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked to get my nose stud changed to a ring, as she went to put the ring in it wouldn’t go through and yet she continued to try push it in I had high hopes she was going to get it in until I seen blood and she still continued ended up leaving with a bloody ring in a small bag with a regular stud, really wish she just gave me a stud instead of trying to force the ring in.
