In current times it's nice to receive good old fashioned customer service and even when the phone rings, like it did when I was in store yesterday, they still put their customers they're dealing with in person first. Customer service like this is very rare these days!

Products were ready for dispatch 30 min after I placed the order so I received them the next morning (so less then 24 hours from ordering to delivery). Some sweets were in the parcel as well to make the experience even sweeter. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Asked for a small fix on my road bike and have been told to just drop the bike off. Expectation was set that it might take a few days. Not even 3 hours later I got a text from Nico that the bike is ready. All done to my satisfaction, bike rides like a dream now.
