About Revolution Bikes
A heavy-weight waterproof overshoe for riding in the cold and wet conditions
Specifications:
- Built with the Madison Genesis road team, the Shield neoprene Thermal overshoe is a great winter piece to battle the cold and wet conditions
- Neoprene fabric with a PU face is the ideal fabric for wet weather riding
- Tape seams prevent water leaking into the top of the overshoe
- Reflective details are a welcome aid in low light conditions
- Abrasion resistant toe and sole fabric is tough with an element of stretch to ease the fitting and removal process
- Waterproof rear zipper and adjustable cuff make for an easy fit
- Elasticated leg cuff with a silicone gripper keep them firmly in place
- 5 sizes fit 37-49 shoe sizes

I broke a rear derailer at the start of a cycling trip.
Took it in the next morning to see if they had 1 in store, which they did, also they fitted it for me and rang me when it was ready in a few hours.
Absolutely the best service.

A week ago I bought an Evinci Infinity e-bike. Great service and co-operative staff.
The bike is awesome and a great upgrade from my previous e-bike. I've done 250km on it already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my terrible experience as an ex-customer of this bike shop.
I took my bike to Revolution Bikes today, told and wrote in the order to do the following:
- Adjust back gear;
- Check front and back suspension pressure;
- Check tyre pressure;
Just it!
Surprisingly, I returned there to pick up my bike and got a $298 bill for a service that I didn't authorise.
Without consulting me or asking for approval for more service (they have my name and phone number) they decided to do extras.
I ended up paying:
- Workshop WOF Silver Service $130
- Brake Pads x2 $79.98
- Labour hyd brake bleed $80
As a customer, I would expect to get a call from the shop, informing me that more work would need to be done and asking me if I would like to go ahead or not.
The service on the bike was good, but I'm very frustrated with their approach to making decisions without asking the customer.
I complained and then, I paid the bill. Nobody even said: Sorry, we made a mistake.
I'm extremely disappointed as a customer and I won't return.
