★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told I had to purchase the standard plastic post bag if I was sending overseas, despite this being untrue and not the only option. It is sad this post office maintains the monopoly NZ Post has on selling one-time-use plastic bags as opposed to a range of bio-degradable bags. Perhaps this is a sign of middle-class complacency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your performance is worth ONE star! Passport fotos: I must say the staff is not properly trained in the operation of their camera equipment etc. When they took the first three photos or so they explained me there is a delay with the shutter and a few other things which I did not understand. After a little struggle they managed it to print finally one out without showing me if I like it or not. And it was blurry around the chin... So I asked if they could take another photo if the first one should be rejected from my embassy... That's what they did, but instead of printing the new one she printed the previous photo again... and so on. The second star is only for the instant print out which cuts down on waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One lady working she is there most days is quite rude and doesn’t deal with customers properly. I went in to get my card replaced and wouldn’t be charged as it’s in my notes that Kiwibank canceled it because of unauthorised transactions, she charged me with out saying anything, another thing when asking what account to put my card in she randomly says a bunch of numbers at the end of each account I have and blankly stares at me waiting for an answer for a question she never asked I go with the first number she said in hesitation and then proceeded to say “so the spending account is the account for your card” and I understand what she’s saying now but couldn’t she have asked which account name rather than number, right? Also after finishing up there and getting the card I wasn’t even sure if it was even done, she didn’t make that very clear either she just hopped back onto her computer and didn’t say anything, she didn’t inform me to activate it either all she said was wait 15mins to use it. The reason why I’m writing this all down is because I see a lot of elderly customers and would hate for them to get this type of treatment because the bank is confusing, we only know so much, it’s their job to assist us not roll eyes when we don’t quite understand or know what to do, that’s your job to know not ours as customers, thank you :)
