β β β β β We were 10 minutes late and the front of house guy actually gave us a telling off. I found his little rant was unhelpful and rude. The waitress had to return to ask us the same questions multiple times which was frustrating. The food was Ok, but expensive for what it was. The performance from the chef was entertaining though. When we went to pay the front of house guy was again difficult and rude as our party paid for their different meals. All in all a disappointing experience for our celebration.

β β β β β Better than the Takapuna one. We had a lovely chef and he cooked the food with flair and well. I had the fish, bloke had rare steak. Both excellent. Very generous- go hungry!

β β β β β Came here yesterday with my friend, price went higher with the same quality. I am fine to pay it occasionally but the service was horrible. My friend and I was eating and the waiters really rushed to clean our stuffs. Me and my friend felt really uncomfortable. We arrived at 1:30pm and they accepted us in, and then rush out. It was a horrible lunch! I put 2 stars because the food is okay.

β β β β β Had dinner at Daikoku Albany and had the best experience. The chef Devlin was amazing! Very skilled, talented and a great sense of humor. The staff there were wonderful too and made sure we enjoyed our meal. The food was outstanding! Fresh and really flavoursome. Highly recommend this place!

β β β β β bad experience . we sit at the dining table for 35 mins then the chef came with food . and me and my gf both had diarrhea when we back home οΌfood price is not really worth it . only for the show

Very impressed with the food... I tried fish, steak and chicken as well as scallops and they were all GREAT. The theatricals of our chef was not over the top and the flavour was spot-on. The restaurant atmosphere was great, the staff were very polite and friendly and the prices were ok for the experience you are getting. I Highly recommend it, check out the pics and videos.

β β β β β You visit here for the experience. not necessarily for the food. Food is nothing spectacular and we found it relatively expensive. The service was good with staff being attentive and approachable. Limited parking spaces during peak hours but find parking on the street with ease. I would recommend for those looking to experience live cooking and prep on your table. but not for anything else. We had the lunch menu set with a mix of fish, beef and chicken.
