β β β β β This store has everything you need for crafts. Best craft store in Auckland and much cheaper too. I always check this place out first and they usually have everything I need. Staff are always nice and happy to help even though you can see they are quite busy. Love this place!!!

β β β β β This would have to be the worst customer experience ever. I went in there with material asking for assistance on getting more of the same. I was referred from one staff to the other. The lady looking after material department basically told me she has lots of work to do and if I can find it then good. If not, come back later and she might be able to help. Not once did she even look at the material I had with me.
Also noting that the store only had 1 other customer shopping there at that time. On my exit, both the staff were having a good chat at the till.
