★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon is actually called Diva and this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdressers. I will never go back nor would I recommend anyone else using this salon.i had a grab one deal for half head foils and cut, style, deep conditioning, scalp massage and blow dry. The hairdresser put the foils in without any care. Some strands were thick and foils were just placed randomly in my hair. When i questioned as to wether it was going to be allright as I would usually have three times as much foils as my hair is thick they were extremely rude standing over me arguing about how I should have told her I had two colours in my hair. She had asked if I wanted the same colour which I said yes too but she just used bleach. I had to ask them to leave me alone. She then burnt my scalp with hot water and then again with the dryer when she placed it straight on to my scalp. The cut is atrocious with my fringe on an angle and short and long down the sides. Nothing was even. I have to go somewhere else to get this repaired. there was no scalp massage and the deep conditioning was just conditioner with a warm facecloth slapped on top for two minutes. She did not lift my hair to dry it and I left with wet hair.The dye job is so bad people have commented on the strange lines. I should have known something when I was actually the only one getting my hair done that morning. The best was when the hairdresser stated I had a grabone, I got it cheap( it cost $104) so what did I expect and yes I will be making a complaint to Grabone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Grab One for a massage at Diva (not Daxa). I have been for massage in countries all over the world and this was the worst by a long shot! The therapist was off hand - no friendly greeting. I was shown into a tiny unheated cubicle, told to remove my clothes and lie on a plastic sheet! I was not offered anything to cover myself with and it was winter and 12 degrees outside. I asked for something to put over me and was given a stained towel which had obviously been used for hair treatments. I said it was freezing and the therapist turned on a wall heater which blew cold air over me - after half an hour I asked her to turn it off as it was making me colder not warmer. The cubicle was so small the therapist shoved the bed around so she could reach - not exactly relaxing! Conversation from the hair salon and adjoining cubicles was clearly audible - I really didn't need to hear about someone's period problems!
The only enjoyable part was that at the end when she produced warm towels to rub the oil off - at last some heat!
I hesitate to post bad reviews but this was SO bad
