We met Sales Consultant Kevin at the display home and right from the beginning he put us at ease, answering our many questions very patiently and knowledgeably. As First Home buyers, we were unaware of the many facets of choosing a right home. Kevin expertly guided us through this process, providing us with great insight for choosing an appropriate location and house plan. Even though he was understandably busy, he always made time to respond to all our phone calls and emails, promptly and efficiently. He listened to our questions, understood our needs and never ever rushed us. A thorough professional that Kevin is, he came across as someone whose advice we could trust.
The whole process has been very easy and stress-free and we are so excited about our new home.

We signed a Sale and Purchase for Maison D’Ormiston in February 2020 and as of April 2022 the project is not completed with no CCC or Title issued. These are the disappointing facts of purchasing a new build terraced home with DDL Homes.

Nobody picks up any phones and when they do they fob you off to other contractors that don't want anything to do with DDL Homes. We would never recommend this building company to anyone. Dodgy workmanship also as they don't pay their bills too their contractors. Buyer beware !!!!!
