Du Val staff have been exceptional with their advice and service and made the whole process so easy. Once we got our first property and realised how beneficial it was and that we could actually do more with our equity we brought two more and now we can't wait to get a fourth. We are in our mid 40's and are planning for our retirement goals and securing a stable future for our children. If you are starting out and not sure where to begin Du Val are the way to go. Their staff were never pushy and just gave us sound advice and options so we could make our own decisions. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I opted for this company because I thought they would provide better service. They are no better than any other out there.
This is my first time trying to lease a property, so I choose this group despite the high rent price for such a small apartment and I was happy to pay high rent if I can get better service.
But I was wrong. They are only big on the name but the service is no better.
I viewed both studio and one-bedroom apartments at 8 Lakewood court and was told I can do a periodic term contract and submitted a tenancy application with the periodic term as a requirement.
If you do not have apartments that can provide periodic term, you should first call the applicant and confirm whether they want to proceed further or not. However, these people contacted the references I gave and then called me to say I'm approved but can't do the periodic term.
You wasted the valuable time of my references and now they have to waste more time providing a reference for other properties that I have to apply for.
Very unprofessional. Good thing I learned a lesson that you should not trust a company's service going to be better just because they are big or they got so many awards.
Despite me applying the periodic term, they have gone ahead and contacted my references

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my first investment with Du Val Group and could not be happier I took this step. I was uncertain at first as It was all new to me however, the team were amazing and gave me every piece of information I needed to feel comfortable in doing this. Instead of having my savings sit in my bank account, it grew in capital gains before the property was even built! I would not have been able to save this amount of money any other way.
I learnt that there is always a way forward with the right help and advise, and I would highly recommend contacting Du Val Group to get on the property ladder this way, if you are not already, and/or start investing to build your future the best way you can.
The team are highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first it was great renting a room in your Boarding House for the first year. I didn't even mind paying extra a week for a car park with no shelter or gate and paying wear and tear costs at my own expense. I also didn't mind the loud and abusive neighbours or their cars parked in the middle of the car park that they do not pay for or the neighbours extremely loud car and suffocating exhaust fumes that flow through my opened windows each day and night.
However, my primary concern is the ludicrous and massive increase in rent, excluding the weekly payment for the car park. I've asked my neighbours if their rent is increasing and they do not know.
The new property manager emailed saying; "Due to the nature of the rental market, and as a primary aspect of service to our investors, we conduct regular rental market assessments of all properties under our management. As a result of a recent rental assessment, it has been decided that an adjustment in your rent will take place".
Funny that, I checked the current market rent in my area and it's much less than the increase in my rent. I've also compared the increase in my rent to other Boarding Houses in my area and it doesn't match up.
I feel like I've being taken for a fool and will seek legal advice.

Staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and could easily provide the information required for me to research and do my due diligence before purchasing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty Epic and open staff, they tell you want you need to know and get through the information quickly so you know where you stand, or what you need to do to get where you want.
The best bit for me was their spreadsheet models of how to plan your life, you can tell everyone of the Du Val staff have your best interests at heart and there is somewhat of a motto/ethos in there to help as many people achieve financial freedom through planning and property.
