★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank unfortunately . They advertised hours 9-5pm but put an ad on their door that says 9-4:30. Islander female clerk would not care that my debit next day would bounced. They refused to open the door in spite of me explaining them. Really extremely poor care. Actually ZERO care. Really sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rang my local CooperativCo Bank in Manukau last week after huge frustrations with the bank I've been with for 10years, they have listened to me and my needs which are just wanting my bank to talk and treat me as an individual as aposed to a number, Mrs Zeen Azad engaged with me in a conversation and I can say that after a 30 minute discussion I had made an appointment, changed my salary/kiwisaver/ savings accounts and more to their branch wothouw hesitation. I have felt like a fool for not approaching them years ago. The service is unprecedented and first class that treats hard working kiwis like myself with the utmost professionalism YES I am more than happy with the service. THANK YOU CooperativeC bank Manukau specially Mrs Zeen for all your hard work and professionalism!!!!!!!
