It has not been over 5 weeks and I have not received the refund I am owed - every time I ask they never give proper response and say im "black listed".

Don't waste your time buying items from this store, purchased the most expensive RC Car hoping it to be good quality but broke very quickly and store will not refund, no point in spending my money on shipping and time to get repaired as will no doubt break again as bad design. Unfortunately lesson learnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Failed to honor the warranty within 2 months. Product had faulty board and began to smoke under normal use.
Terrible customer service initially responded but when it was clearly a defective product, the completely ignored my email. This level of dishonesty is not something that you would typically expect from a NZ retailer.
I would recommend purchasing elsewhere as they are happy to take your money but not to meet their legal obligations under NZ consumer law.
