I realized I have been taking this for granted. This is not necessarily the norm out there. Always a pleasure shopping there. See you soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A refund policy that doesn't refund for faulty products (and refund policy not visible when purchasing) is not great customer service in my opinion and therefore I won't be a return customer I'm afraid. I'll always return to a store that offers great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at Botany Rapt! I purchased an umbrella from the store next door and walked in with it in full view of the staff. While browsing the small store I was asked if I should leave it at the counter and said no. On leaving we also greeted the same staff behind the counter but then we were followed to the door and accused of trying to steal the item. The staff were very rude to me and they needed to see a receipt from the store next door which I produced. The same staff that saw me enter wanted to see the receipt. The senior staff member argued with me that it was not her who saw me enter after embarrassing me at the door to the store. No apology was offered. Go to this store if you want horrible service, their merchandise is good but the negligence of the staff to pay attention to customers will be their downfall!
