Vicky was so welcoming to a reformer 'newbie' and her classes are fantastic - Vicky makes you feel totally at ease and teaches at a great pace with clear instructions, in a beautiful studio in Arkles Bay. Can't wait for the next class.

It was the first pilates studio I've tried where I was fully guided with every move and felt the benefits of the entire session. Music was on point! The studio is so beautiful and calming and with everything combined, I left feeling recharged, energised and wanting more. Thank you Vicky - 100% recommend and can't wait for my next session.

Vicky is both flexible to how you are feeling at the time of the class (a must with the ever-changing demands of a pregnant body), and values a collaborative approach. She works hard to make sure you are challenged whilst feeling safe and supported. The classes are balanced and engaging, and the reformer provides the support and structure that really helps with a growing bump!
