β β β β β Good: Excellent gym manager - friendly, professional, and helpful. Good facility - has a lot of free weights and machines. Open 24/7 which is ideal. Gym gets cleaned every day.
Bad: Only 1 standard squat rack which is combined with the bench press, so during peak times this isn't ideal. Music is a bit loud, unnecessary as many gym users who like music listen to their own headphones.
Overall an excellent gym.

β β β β β I joined again as I had a we want you back call so tried the 10 days and decided to join for 12 weeks with 8 weeks of personal training- which has been great, staff are helpful friendly and what I love is that they actually know your name - which sounds funny but true - itβs nice to be acknowledged. I am enjoying the clean and tidy gym and love the separate room to use for 100βs of other exercise such as yoga/core/Tabata etc ????

β β β β β Love this gym, I usually get bored and give up but I'm still going coming up to 12 months. Helps that the trainers are encouraging and all staff are happy to see you walk in the gym. I wouldn't go anywhere else and the best thing you can go anytime you want and not restricted to set hours.
