★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with this property. We had to return to Napier early for my husband to have extra cancer treatment but they would not consider any part of a refund for our 3 day stay. They are now fully booked on dates we had reserved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a couple of problems. Some staff do not seem to be following their own covid guidelines. They came into my room to deliver food Friday 28th Jan, they just walked straight in and I did not get a chance to put on my mask on or move out of the way. I offered to take the tray but two staff just walked straight in.
I was in reception to update my booking 29th Jan mid morning to stay an extra night. I was then phoned by Kathy at 7.30pm while sleeping for payment as card on file did not go through. Why was it left so late and why not leave it for the following morning??
My daughter lives in Nelson and has been visiting here, Kathy rudely said we didn't realise their were two people staying in the room. Is my daughter not allowed to visit me here. She gave reception her vaccine pass. Also on check in I was not asked about beds, I hate sleeping in a single bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff went out of their way to let us store our bikes in their garage and leave our car with them while we did 4 day able tasman walk. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Nelson. Great location too, easy strole to restraunts etc. Well appointed rooms, very modern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy. Nice pool, good temp for a hot day cool off. Staff were friendly about our late check-in. Pretty sure we had our towels changed daily which was nice but I would have liked to see a more environmentally friendly option. Overall highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome stay here. Close to town and beautiful clean, new studio. Great bathroom with very cool shower. Kitchen really well set up. Has everything you need, only wish we could have stayed longer.
Great pool area, perfect temperature pool and great loungers.
Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend
