★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally hate going to the dentist, but following my free consultation with Dr Zeb, this has changed. He was highly professional, personable and gave me full confidence in my oral hygiene routine. The clinic was friendly and welcoming, and I left knowing my (now) pearly whites were in great hands. Big thanks to all the team there. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate zero stars i would. Got a quote for $3000 that winz paid which included my upper denture, the denture was way to big for my mouth, they still tried to get me to take it. Which I declined. I was quite upset and they non sympathetic to help fix the problem. Tried to get a refund or transfer to another dentist. However couldn't because they went into receivership. Which has left me indebt and my teeth still not fixed. Very unprofessional would not recommend at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have gone in for urgent/semi-urgent dental care over the last month and I want to share that I am incredibly grateful for the level of professionalism and care that was afforded to me across my four appointments. I had Dr Soyeon and her helpful assistant Jenny looking after my care plan, and I am grateful to have been blessed with professionals who are throough but also empathetic. I was quite ashamed of going to the dentist, but in doing so it has helped me think more about my teeth and take better care of them! It is weird to write that I am looking forward to going back. Also, the front reception staff are also really good at keeping up with comms and very welcoming both over the phone and in person :) Thank you Dental Planet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, however I was extremely happy with my visit today. Awesome team starting with being greeted by the lovely reception and than to Dr Soyeon and her lovely assistant who took very good care of me. I was very nervous but the both of them made me feel really welcomed and safe and gave me all the support I needed.
Well done dental planet team keep it up ??

Dentist Saane is incredible and really makes the experience comfortable and relaxing… she took great care of me and honestly made every visit enjoyable! I looked forward to seeing her for treatment. Staff are welcoming and am so hapoy with my treatment results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but don’t think I’ll come back. Booked in for everything so it can be done in one visit and came on time but didn’t get seen till 20mins later. I understand that stuff could happen during the procedure which delays times to see the next patient. I’m not satisfied with the fact that I felt rushed in my appointment and there wasn’t really a plan or discussion at most places I’ve been to before starting. The hygienist, was lovely but she just went all in without the communication only that she’ll try to do what she can in this visit? Which didn’t give me many options to rebook or so. And on top of that, the cleaning wasn’t done properly. I’ve got a few teeth she missed which still has plaque on them. I know going to the dentist ain’t cheap but the job that was done was definitely not worth it and the price I paid felt like I wasted my money. And was told to come back and rebook for a check up and X-ray which originally I wanted done on the same day. Pretty disappointed and unsatisfied. ?
