★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn’t very happy with the lady over the phone. Because I’m from wanganui there’s no way for me to see the nurse in Palmerston for a consultation for what I was needing. Probably lost a lot of money by sending me away with no help at all. I tried to see if there was another way to see the nurse but the lady on the phone didn’t seem to want to help.

Phone service was terrible. Tried to call and cancel my appointment and did not get through, to then have been charged a $50 fee!!!! This is disgusting and unfair. Also my bill was dated one day before it was said to be paid. And delivered one month later!! Rediculous. Money hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have traveled all the way from Paraparaumu to see Charleen the Registered Nurse a number of times. Charleen is really friendly and well informed and makes me feel that none of my questions are irrelevant. I would recommend her for her competence , skills and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would be very weary visiting this specialist, very over priced , doesn't like to engage and causes unnecessary anxiety by not giving you awnsers . 2 people I know where referred back to the hospital to furrious receptions from our doctors. Was told he covers his arse and likes to make easy money , do better !
