★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early April 2019 got an eyebrow piercing, 2 weeks later I had to go back in to get it removed. Was pierced far too shallow, wrong bar was used and in the wrong position (top ball was in the middle of my eyebrow). The lady practically slammed on an alcoholic wipe, painfully removed the bar and basically slammed on another alcoholic wipe causing a bleed which I was quite angry about but stayed calm. Quickly healed over within 2 weeks and I wasted $40. 2nd May 2019 I decided to go to Palmerston North to get my eyebrow repierced at C2C Piercing. It was finally pierced properly with the correct jewellery and the staff were very kind and helpful. I highly don't recommend The Edge for any piercing. In my opinion the woman doesn't know what she's doing and is rough when asked to remove the jewellery. I'll never step foot in there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there spontaneously to get my ear pierced and the lady was really nice and said she could do it the same day, just an hour later. She was lovely and did a really good job, I would definitely go there again and it was totally worth the 40$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and got my bellybutton pierced on july 20th and ended up having to take it out after about 2 weeks the lady made the piercing to long (18mm as measured by another piercer when looking for a new bar )and had put in a shorter bar 10mm the top ball started to sink into the top of my bellybutton

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who pierced my hearts was so lovely and did my ear piercings quickly and painlessly. I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes and the worker made sure I wasnt nervous at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty rude piercing lady, wasn't comforting or understanding at all. my piercing turned out fine but my friend got her seconds and they were crocked and also a septum piercing was crocked. other staff was very nice and friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here a few times as a young teen myself and now with my girl being a teen she had her nose pierced twice as hers fall out in bed lol so took her back to get it redone again. The owner was very professional and the salon is always clean and very tidy and smells so lovely and welcoming when u walk in I am always impressed with how they treat us and will be back again for more treatments thank you again for all ur help and support with my daughter and few attempts with her nose piercing. Highly recommend the edge and always have?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn’t recommend, at all! Lady was extremely rude and doesn’t honour refunds! Expects people to come back in if she messed up your piercing (which I understand it happens) but in this situation she was frantic and rushing, not taking any pride in the work she was doing. After a terrible experience where my friend fainted & vomited because of having to get the piercing removed straight away, the lady was quick to place blame on my friend and refused to take any responsibility. If someone’s messed up a piercing that badly and has a terrible attitude towards it when we were being nice & as understanding as possible… would you go back in to let them mess with your face, again?
