Update: My HP X360 laptop has given away the bezel and the cost to repair that is estimated to be between 250 to 350 NZD,
This is curtesy DTSL for not properly handling the enclosure locks and unprofessionally sending it with out even looking at it.
They might be good but my experience with them is not worthy. I have had my new HP I5 serviced because of manufacturing faults, 2 stars for their acceptance and service charged free under warranty. They delivered laptop with opened base enclosure locks and I kept press-locking them. The bezel including the whole laptop was opened multiple times. No pun intended though i hope you get value out of your hard earned dollars...
