It was a great service from DTSL! Would recommend anyone to get their iPhones repaired there. All the prices are the same as what apple website put on, so you can check the website beforehand or email DTSL to ask for the quote.

Craig from DTSL Palmerston North treats his customers poorly. I have called him 10 times and he refuses to answer the phone or take credit card payment. In the end I had to visit ANZ to make a branch payment. It's Thursday and they still haven't sent me my Mac after nearly two weeks of service. Avoid!

Dear Mr Ng, It would appear that the error was an oversight on our behalf, for which we apologised. We also took immediate steps, at the time, to credit your account in full for the charges and returned your MacBook to you. Whilst we endeavour to provide a support service to our clients that is second to none, in this particular instance we obviously failed to meet both our own high standards and yours too. Once again, I apologise for this unintentional oversight. It is safe to say that we normally pride ourselves on the standards of our workmanship and the on-going support of our clients. Very best regards, Allan de Vaynes DTSL - Regional Manager

No happy at all. Was told that someone will call me to give me a quote before any repair work it done. I now received a statement of almost $200 for replacement of hard disk. No one has called me to inform that my laptop was back too. I had to call your office and the person serving me was not even embrassed that the level of service was well below par. Totally disappointed and will not recommend anyone to get any Apple product fixed there. Go to Wellington if you have to.

The only authorised Apple repair place in the area, so not much choice but this isn't their fault. Unfortunately my Mac Pro was eligible for a battery replacement so arranged to take it to these guys, customer service wasn't great. The day my Mac was scheduled to go in I turned up and the engineer was off sick (not his fault) was told that he had phoned all the people that were booked for the day, and the receptionist tried to tell me that I must be lying. My Mac was then re-scheduled for a few days later (had to cancel another day of work), took my Mac in was told they would call once the work was done so I could pick it up, I then phoned to find out how it was going at about 3:30 was told that the work was done, I then asked when the work had been finished and was told at about 1, so 2 & half hours extra without my Mac (time not working). Oh yeah when my wife picked up my Mac, the person behind the counter said you need to sign this to authorise us to do the work, my wife pointed out that they had already done the work and what happens if I don't sign it. The response was "do you want your Mac back?' What more can I say. Don't recommend but if you need an apple authorised repair centre you don't get much choice.

Wish I could mark "No Stars". Took a 6 month old Apple laptop in for a simple keyboard replacement (an Apple recall on certain models that had a minor keyboard fault). A job I was told would take a few days, took 2 MONTHS -to make matters worse we were told lies regarding updates on the repair. Eventually after Apple was involved, the laptop was returned to me - not only with an unrepaired keyboard, but a completely fried hard drive. Thankfully Apple replaced the laptop, but everything was lost off the hard drive which this repairer somehow completely destroyed. No explanations or apologies were given for the extremely long and painful, disastrous (un)repair.

Our macbook screen was smashed. They told us that it will be fixed in 5-10 working days. It was done in 5 days. Efficient service
