NZ courier is a very low level company run by incompetent people.I should not give them any stars. I recommend all to not use them. They do no know how to track your parcel. Parcel was sent to me last month and still they do not know where my parcel is. I called them so many times with no luck and even talked to the supervisor who does not know anything. It was not a parcel that was sent from overseas. It is within NZ. Their investigation team never gave me an update. Nobody should use them. Not worth it.

The worst courier company in NZ. Delivery timeframes SHOCKING! In the past 3 months they’ve lost 2 of my parcels, damaged 3 others & failed to deliver the latest 2 & blamed me for not being at home! I’ve been working from home sine the last lockdown so how is that not being at home!?

I have read through the commence of this company. I am amazed that nobody or groups sue this company for the missing parcels. I bought a product from TheMarket APP. The delivery was late, and parcel was missing. The delivery wrote it was my authority to leave. I am at home, no phone call no messege to me. How is this my authorise to leave? I made a phone to the head office and other branches in Auckland. one months now. Nobody ever pick up the phone. I do not know why The Market App use this carrier. I will never use it for shopping. Both hopeless.

If I could leave 0 star, I would. Such a rude customer service!! Received a message this morning said a parcel will be delivered today. So I waited the whole day at home but haven't received anything. So I called them to ask if there's any issue with the delivery. Then the woman who picked up the phone questioning about why I received a txt message that they never send any TXT message. But then I told her my tracking number, she found that it's out for delivery. So she complains about it's something she doesn't know. It could take about 7 days to receive it. And the Penrose is literally just 5 mins drive to my home!!!! And she said it's too early to call them!! Then hang up the call!! THIS IS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

NZC picked up my parcel at 07.38 on the 16th February 2022 and are unable to give a delivery date. The lady at the Penrose branch said it may be with them but could not be sure. WHAT! 7 days sitting in a cage at the Penrose branch and still no delivery date. FedEx got it from the USA to NZ in less time. The phone contact system is a joke with 2.5 minutes of excuses for delay. Covid is not a reason for inadequate management and planning, after 2.5 years of Covid they should have this sorted as it's what they claim they do. I was told to lodge an enquiry with FedEx as they could not lodge it at the Penrose branch even though I was standing at the door with all the details. $100 + gst for express delivery and NZC are unable to provide a delivery date or know for sure that they even have the parcel even though they collected it from FedEx. So far I have been on hold for 18.5 minutes listening to very depressing music. It seems that NZC do not want to talk to their customers and do everything in their power to frustrate the customer in the hope that the customer goes away. Looking at the reviews on their website they don't even bother to reply to the comments. Customer service at it's worst. Guess I will be placed on a black list now for writing this review.

I found the experience to be interesting, and self explanatory I was easily able to get the accurate cost by seize, measurements and weight, online . However to purchase the price required a label sticke on the parcel by printing one it said. Didn't really explain another altenitive ways off doing this. I found it easier to take the parcel to the post shop and was able to write the address with a vivid supplied by them

NZ Couriers' delivery time frames have been absolutely horrible lately. I understand delays due to Covid 19 and Christmas it's passed that. Was waiting for an urgent bank card sent on overnight delivery which took 8 days to arrive from the office 3kms away. Currently waiting on a food delivery package that was sent on same day delivery which has still not arrived 4 days later. Also, their tracker is pretty much useless if all its going to say is picked up. Don't get me started on the call centre who tells me to raise a complaint that would take 5 more days to get looked at and that the easiest solution is to call my bank and ask them to send a new card as they can't locate the one that has been sent!

New Zealand couriers consistently hit the mark in delivery times and overall quality of service. Their price is slightly higher than some competitors, but it is so worth it to know your product is going to arrive on time and in good condition. Use them you won't regret it!
