β β β β β Never again! Had to contact them 4 times since service was done as was not getting them to email me a receipt! Then when receipt came, i noticed i was overcharged by $30+ without an explanation, and my company's name was completely wrong on receipt. Also, it was not Tax invoice. They refused to give me one when requested, saying - "this is how we do it here"!
About being overcharged, they said - "we figured that the package was bigger and needed a bigger car". I was never informed, and they charged me more anyway! I had to phone them (again) to get that fixed. Still, no receipt! Now one month later and I'm still having to chase them up to get the TAX invoice with the correct amount to match the credit card transaction... Still no Tax invoice as again "that's how we do it here"! Stay away from those guys, is my advice if you don't want a massive headache!

they work along side the DHB Hospital and take way too long to deliver medical goods at the agreed times and multiple pick up and delivery errors.
Just NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

β β β β β Should be SUB24hours not SUB60, booked a 60min yesterday at 10am from Mt wellington repco to Great south road Manurewa, its 830am today and still hasent arrived, i had to call multiple times to follow up, first call i was told driver went to wrong address so he is re directing, then second call was told will diliver to you house before 5 pm, and today the 3rd call customer line said hopefully!! youl get it by 10am. very poor service, and this is not the first time, i run a bussniss and this happens regularly. DONT TAKE 60MIN JOBS IF YOU CANT DO IT PLEASE. thanks
