β β β β β Had a great experience here multiple times. Great professionalism from the works and in particular the mechanic Andrew. He has a very comforting approach to his work and makes you feel aware of all the steps that he takes.
Highly recommend this place.

β β β β β Whats with all this hate comments lol I've been there past years and years and they are awesome people love there services towards customers. And how can someone tell if the car the mechanic was driving is he's mates car. Title is just a title. Research before putting hate comments

β β β β β My vehicle was making noise on the front left wheel so I assumed it was the brake pad that needed to change. I told the mechanics I wanted the brake pads to be changed. The mechanics had a look and said it was coming from the pad and the disc grinding with each other. I believed him and got it changed on both sides. When I drove back home the noise was still there and even got worse. I called him again and told him about the issue but he was quick to put the blame on me saying I misled them. They ended up giving it another look and it was a stone that was stuck that was making the noise the whole time. The mechanic changed his narrative and said he didn't hear the noise when he was test driving so it must've got stuck on the way back home to compensate his mistake of swapping out the discs. (Which is not true.)
Overall he did get the problem fixed but it was an unpleasing experience to see him constantly putting the blame on me and avoiding responsibilities. I think delivering a professional service should be the first priority before worrying about refunds. Which I did not even mention to you.

(Response) if the stone wasnβt stuck initially it wouldnβt have made noise while I was driving on the way to your store, you just didnβt notice it. I even made an enquiry that my front wheel was making noise while I was driving. You insisted to change my pads even though they were fine too. You may have fixed it for me but it was an excessive service and we both know that you benefited from it.
Plus I am complaining about your way of changing your narratives to benefit you. Donβt act like you have done a favour for me because I paid for all the services.
Also why are you telling me that I should stay away from Korean mechanics and stick to Kiwi mechanics? That was so unnecessary and it ruins your reputation.( which you said in Korean) and donβt worry I wasnβt even thinking of revisiting your store anyway :)

β β β β β Did a wof inspection at this store and service, the manager and workers are very friendly and welcoming. The job was managed effectively and time efficiently. I gave 5 stars because everything was managed to perfection and kept the customer happy from start to end :)

β β β β β Hiya, Would like to say a big thanks to Diana motors and their staff with helping me with their car, best auto services in the North Shore area.
My car had broken down and they saw me on the side of the road.
They had offered to help tow the car, but I had used my AA membership to tow it to their workshop.
Once there, they have fixed my issue effective immediately.
Their customer service and how the operate is awesome.
Would highly recommend going to Diana Motors!
