Paul and Larise act with integrity and high standards to ensure that I was purchasing a car that was not only top quality in the first instance, but taken to the next level with slight defects corrected prior to purchase (at their expense) without me even asking, just to make me extra happy. I can definitely recommend their business as being the real deal and will most likely return to Shore Prestige again for my next car. One extremely happy customer AAAA++++++

β β β β β It was an amazing experience to purchase a Mercedes Benz Ml 350 AMG 2010 model.Mr Davies and the team are just amazing to trade with .The reception was super .I enjoyed their professionalism and friendly atmosphere .Davies helped me to make a good choice for my car. He offered reasonable trade in for my cars. Gem visa had put default on my credit worth because of communication on when I have to start paying for the gem Visa. The areas had been paid off and the transaction was current. Davis called the gem Visa and the lady admitted that there was a miscommunication but the account was now current however the default clause was be in their system for five years. He said that was a fair go and I didn't need to be put on default .however he went and testified what he had from gem Visa to a finance company and they negated the default from gem Visa. My finance was cleared in less than one hour. It is not that he was not busy to have given me much of his time but I have an impression that he wanted me to get justice and not just be disadvantaged by Gem visa claim of default.The after sales service was super. He explained every little detail on the car and made me comfortable in the new car. I would recommend people to buy from shore prestige. A+++.Thanks so much Davies and the team. That was an outstanding performance.

β β β β β Overall I'm very happy with a car I got from these guys. Rhys and his team are professional and responsive. My Audi had an unusual situation with it's terms, but all worked out very well in the end. Main part is that the car is quite special, I think these guys know how to cherry pick their stock. Nice inventory. Recommend.

β β β β β I normally give 1 star when treated rudely by the staff. However this time I'm giving 2 because they do have impressive stock. I went into the store after calling them and confirming a good time. Upon arrival the male (I'm assuming the owner) was extremely revered and tried to tell me a Mercedes was an AMG when it wasn't. Now I have no issues with being reserved but dishonesty is not something I'll ever tolerate. I have owned Mercedes all my life and I know everything there is to know about them. When I ask the guy if the particular model I was interested in had an AMG engine or was just decorated by AMG he lied and said it had an AMG engine when it didn't. I asked him to pop the hood to show me and alas no signature from the engineer. Only a standard V6. Then he asked me to wait for 2 minutes whilst he attended someone who came in after me... which is fine... But I waited patiently for 20 mins and he never came back to me. Now that is where I draw the line. I had $50,000 ready to spend and I genuinely wanted to buy a Mercedes which they had but they made me feel unwelcome and not good enough. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I seriously think that the male needs to change his attitude and never again be prejudice to customers.
The other reason I left a 2 star review is because the female member of staff was extremely kind and helpful.... its a pity she asked the male to deal with me as they lost a customer that possibly would have bought multiple cars from.

β β β β β Paul and Laurice were friendly, fixed most of the issues we had with the car and responses very quickly with my texts when I had questions. There were features that wasn't included in the car but was told it's there, so should do your own homework if it's something you really want/need. The cars are kept in good condition and I'm happy with my purchase.
