★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done so many weightloss thingees with little or no success. When I saw the Dietflex Weightloss program on fb well I checked it out read reviews and spoke to people. I loved that the food is wholefood! I am diabetic so this great balance of protein carbs and good fats that work with my condition. My wonderful coach Fiona contacted my doctor with info of Dietflex. And my doctor was very impressed and wished me well on my journey. Big ups Dietflex! Fiona I am in awe of your nutritional healthy eating knowledge. It is just the beginning ? im excited ? and petrified ? but baby steps... so peeps watch this space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been in the Dietflex for 2 weeks now, i feel more energetic and not so hungry. There is a huge selection on the foods that I can have and I become quite creative on puttiing my meals together. This is not just for me but it's suitable for the family too. I am learning soo much about different food options and what works for my guts and what foods dont. The staff are friendly, helpful and very encouraging and help guide and support you even when you make some wrong choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the Dietflex program a year or so ago and found it super easy to follow - didn't go hungry at all as the list of foods you are 'allowed' to eat is huge. Was a real learning curve for me as I didn't know much about nutrition, I just ate what ever I felt like eating up until I did this. The coaches explained everything and were always there to answer my insane questions. Definitely felt a lot clearer / awake after I started this program and stopped eating the wrong type of foods and the weight loss - well it goes without saying I guess as eating the right foods gave me more energy to get moving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dietflex is so much more then just a diet! you are able to still enjoy food while also having delicious recipe ideas provided for not just you but the whole family can enjoy too. this is a lifestyle change not just a short term thing so you can look and feel your best long term, i highly recommend especially as you also have a health coach to help you and keep you accountable along the way .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love the journey with DietFlex. The coaches are awesome and truly care about your overall wellbeing. The phases and resources are incredibly easy to follow. It is more focused on consistency, making better choices and creating better habits rather than just focusing on what the scales say each week. I am learning a lot about nutrition and about how my body responds to different foods!

The coaches are so incredibly supportive, they are incredibly kind and supersuportive even when you slip up on a food diary. I with the best conscience cannot recommend Dietflex highly enough for anyone who is afraid of the first step then reach out. Fiona and the ladies are absolutely amazing.
