To Alexandria also extremely knowledgeable. They were helpful in getting the right carpet and flooring for us. Every follow up encounter with the Layer Andy, the guys in dispatch, other consultants were always super helpful and attentive. So nice to deal with people who cared about more than just the initial sale. Thank you so much we have recommended you to our whole street, as everyone loves our carpet, so soft its dream!

Ace - the consultant - is a rockstar who gave us great advice, Stella was the rep who managed the whole process and she was so thorough and positive. She made what is a horrific process thoroughly enjoyable. The contractors they got in were super fast and thorough, their price was great. All in all, highly recommend these guys. And we LOVE our new carpet!

Abby was very knowledgeable about products and helped me to narrow down what would work in our house. She recommended a different style carpet that I had initially thought I would not like but I ended up picking this. The installer did a great job and left no mess or no damage to any of the skirtings. Very glad we chose The floor store and will definitely use them in future. Their service was far superior to other major franchises that I also approached. Thanks team, we love the carpet (and service)!
