★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fabulous experience with Target Furniture Hamilton. Went looking for a new couch and they were helpful with finding what I was after and having great advice. Sales staff were friendly and not over bearing like other furniture stores. Delivery was prompt and the warehouse store men were a fabulous help and friendly. Found I had a grease stain on a couple of throw cushions but the staff dealt with this immediately and sent me new cushions and took the stained ones away. Thanks for being so awesome and great to deal with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a set of drawers in January 2022, they were delivered in early March and one was smashed and one was the wrong colour. When I contacted Target they didn't believe me initially and requested pictures. Once they confirmed we were correct we were advised these ones would be collected and our new ones had been ordered. Since then we have STILL NOT RECIEVED THEM. I had to get back in touch with them as we never heard back from them only to be told there was a delay and they'd be delivered mid May. At the end of May, still no drawers received and were told it would now be June. Now we are half way through June and have been told it "should be" July. They haven't offered any apology, no partial refund or anything for the hassle. Wish we had never purchased from Target.
