Digital Island has provided a consistent service that I have been able to rely on for my work. The reasonable costs compared to the telcos I have used in the past are also appreciated. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been holding off doing this but I'm not getting any communication. As a business that's been using Digital island for over 12 months, I am disappointed. I use their cloud based phone system, when it was installed was fine for the first few months, then a growing number of issues have arisen. They are apparently going to connect be with two UFB connections and apparently will solve all my issues, seeing is believing. As an owner having to step in to deal with a supplier its very disparaging. I do not recommend. Update now 16 months I have now given my notice after several requests to remedy further issues, and a reply email that an issue has been logged but still no result. It’s a wonder the have any customers.
