Sent a gas bottle request 2 weeks ago, came home tonight after working 12 hrs in sub zero temperatures, went to have a hot shower and low and behold no hot water, went to check the califont, it was fine but both bottles were empty, they never turned up. Now it's Saturday night with another freezing shift ahead of me tomorrow and the next two days after that, absolutely fuming. If they don't have the gas out here by Monday night I'll be throwing their bottles away and changing power companies!!! It's -4 degrees and I have 3 children that need washed. Disgusting pulse, the worst!!!

I wouldn't recommend going with this company. Hidden Disconnection Fees *Edit* No thank you on your offer, you want to try smooth over the review with out taking about your "Disconnection fee" I was with you guys for over 2years not once on any email or on ur Website does it plainly state this its hidden in your TOS, yes I should of read that more often, but common standards its after(6/12 months) I will pay the amount , but I'd like to see you guys add the 30days notice Disconnection fee to you pricing plans so its easy to see. I'd also like to see you bill formatting easier to ready for the laymen

Unethical and terrible energy company. Stay away from this company. This company has forced me to pay the debt of the electricity bill of a previous tenant that I don't know. This company has changed the first reading number to increase kWh on the bill so that they can collect the debt of a previous tenant. I have shown them a picture of my first reading on the date I was moving. But finally they did not correct the bill, ignored my complaint, and forced me to pay the debt or they will stop supplying electricity. Be careful everyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am rating this company on a 1 star because they have been giving me estimated reading for a year for gas bill, they came to me with a bill of $627.20 after a year saying that this bill is for the actual reading not estimated, their reasoning for sending me estimated bills for a year is because they couldnt get to the meter to read it, even though i gave them specific instructions as to where the meter was located. How is it possible that it took them a year to finally get a correct reading and send me a huge bill, how will i pay especially with covid times. I have been with company for more than 4 years and this is how they treat a loyal customer, ill be taking this to media and also leaving this scam of a company

They claim to have the most amazing deals... when in fact, they are not at all up front about additional charges. Their Invoicing is a mess, their systems ridiculously outdated. I was paying off a balance (last months bill when I changed away from them) each week, they threatened debt collectors. When I told them they can't do that because I have a direct debit coming out each week, they canceled the direct debit without my knowledge and two weeks later threatened debt collection again. Absolutely poor form. I've paid the full balance now. Would never ever recommend these rogues.

Have been with this company for years now. Finally gave into their broadband connection after many convincing phone calls. which was a joke the modem was terrible, wasted many hours trying to sort out only to find I needed to pay $150 to disconnect. Small print that I could only cancel my trial period if I hadn't taken the modem out of its box... how can anyone try it and see if it's any good if you can't use the product first.... silly. I was so unhappy I said I wanted to change my power and disconnect from them also. A Week later I called to say I will keep the power on as I didn't have the time to switch company's. Only to come home a month later to my power off having to call up because it had been disconnected after the fact of calling them. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. my fish almost died!

Terrible experience with this company. They have been estimating my meter reads with a bill amounting to almost $1700 just for 3 months. I have never paid that amount of money for electricity in my life. When they finally sent someone for an actual read and got me my final invoice, the amount they are asking me to pay still does not match my actual consumption. I could not resolve the matters with their customer service as they seem not prepared to listen and understand.

Can't wait to switch providers. Been with pulse for 4 years and have a automatic weekly direct debit payment and the account has always been in credit. Have received a few phone calls recently telling me I need to up my weekly payments by 100%, when I ask for a reason or a breakdown to justify the increase they just say they can't do that and get rude when I challenge them, so I told them that I refuse to increase payment in till they can justify the increase. Had this month bill and surprise surprise bill was lower than what I pay in weekly and still in good credit. Now today I get another phone call saying I need to increase it by 120% and asked the same question and same again a rude response and then hung up. Why should I pay more for something if I see no evidence of increase in service cost, at the moment they are bullies. So will give my 30day notice and find a different power supplier. Very disappointing pulse
