★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to Mission Nutrition I was at my wits end I had been trying everything for about three years. I had lost weight previously doing weights watchers but it wasn't working. I had been to the doctors, used Duramine, that didn't work. Nothing was working so when the doctors said to me there was nothing they could do I needed to see a nutritionist I researched and decided here was the best place.
I really didn't think it was going to work but I tell you what 6 months later and I have lost over 10kgs. My hormones are better regulated and generally I feel flipping fantastic health wise. Thank you so mush Rene I love this new me and look forward to losing the next 10kg.

Sara was excellent. Sara was very knowledgeable, professional yet highly personable during our call and in the follow up. Post our consultation Sara followed up very quickly with a very usable/real action plan. The phone call and post consultation diet plan being very easy to understand, shows careful consideration has been given to the situation, our family and is also very realistic for busy families. I can honestly say I felt truly supported throughout the whole process and the advice I received was second to non. I was given the most recent up to date information and together, we came up with a plan that was tailored to exactly what we needed for our own personal situation. I am happy to say we went on to have a baby girl after the support we received.
