About Dimples
I had always admired the Dimples brand, not only the products they offer but their values of natural, organic, and well-made garments. There is a real sense of genuine love behind the brand. When we found out we were pregnant with twins, the excitement, and if honest, the overwhelming feeling of the unknown crept in; it was the amazing Dimples staff who helped. As a first-time Mother you are learning something completely new and not once did they make me feel inadequate. They shared my excitement, patiently showed me the capsules, the best way to dress the babies for the season, what garments would work best and even must have items that really were a lifesaver, without any pressure. The twins were born prematurely and I whole heartily believe them being able to gain weight and thrive was not only the helpful information they gave me how to manage them but the clothing itself. The natural fibers kept them appropriately warm and the wraps made them feel secure. The clothing stood the test of countless washes, always looking like new. I appreciated the simplicity of the designs and how I could tell that my babies felt comfortable, which was very important to me. Thank you, Jane and the Dimples team, for all the love and support for a momentous time in our lives.

β β β β β Such an awesome store! The staff is super helpful. They have a great variety of amazing items here, clothes, accessories, car seats and strollers. They stock such and awesome brands like Joolz and Stokke. This place is worth a visit if you are preparing to be a parent, or already one.

β β β β β Just wish to share our experience so that this feedback can be taken into account by the store and can improve the service. We believe mistakes/delays can happen but poor communication or rude behaviour is not acceptable.
We pre ordered and purchased a high chair mid Nov. We were told at the time the chair will be arriving the following week.We were offered to have the chair directly delivered at home and that we will be sent a tracking number.
We first call the store back around the 5th of Dec as we havent heard back. The sales assistant told us the chair was not due before early Dec but there will be in touch within 24h as to why we were told wrong information. But no one followed up.
We then got onto the online chat to be told our order will arrive next week.
Few days passed we receive a parcel with the baby insert and tray. We call back the store to ask about the ETA of the high chair. We then got told it was with the courrier and that we will be sent a tracking number.
but then again no email, no follow up.
After a week of being told it is with the courrier we then call back the store as we are now over a month delay and we feel ignored and wish to come to the store pick up the high chair instead of having it delivered as to end the drama. The sales assistant whom I won't disclose the name by respect wanted us to re pay for the high chair and ask us to redirect the courrier to them so we can get reimbursed. Basically doing her job without mentioning that a trip to a store while looking after my newborn baby is the least thing we want to do. Due to the delay we were also delaying introducing solids to or baby.
Not only we never receive communication from dimples or an apology/empathy but the customer service was less than helpful and rude. They were happy to charge us over a month ago over $500 but this where it ends.
It finally took us to go back to the store, negotiating over 45min with the staff to get the high chair without repaying for it or following up with the courrier.
Needless to say that this experience was not pleasant and that we won't make any further purchase to a store that don't even put themselves in parent's shoes and only care after a balance sheet.

β β β β β My wife & I were completely disregarded by staff. Customer service at the shop in Newmarket was terrible, they refuse to offer support for products purchased directly from them. It appears if you donβt drive a Mercedes or have a Gucci handbag, youβre irrelevant in this shop.

β β β β β Bought a pram from the store with a price tag of almost $2,000. After only 3 months of use the stitching on the pram began to fall apart at the bottom and now itβs completely ruined. After emailing them they said it was βdefinitely under warranty for thatβ and βtheyβve spoken to the supplier and they have agreed to sort it outβ then after weeks of unanswered emails they replied saying that they wonβt be doing anything as itβs βgeneral wear and tearβ didnβt know that the whole bottom of your pram beginning to fall out within 3 months was general wear and tear more likely a faulty product. They took weeks and weeks to get responses and after saying it would be covered and fixed they then reply saying the opposite and now donβt return emails. Terrible communication, staff are unhelpful. Theyβll happily take money off a young family but will do nothing when they sell you a faulty product. Avoid at all costs.

β β β β β Great selection of quality baby and children's goods - lots of clothing, plates and cutlery, bottles etc through to larger items like pushchairs and car seats.
A really helpful team to deal with, they have answered a lot of my questions over the phone and in store over the year I've been shopping here and I'll certainly be coming back in the future! Highly recommended.

β β β β β Love this store! The manager (Voichita I think it is?) really loves her products and is really sweet with my kids. Even holding the baby and letting my toddler play with some toys while I shop! I never feel pressured to buy when I am browsing and comparing different options, and am given all the info I need. This has led me to buy my babies car seats here and recommend other friends of mine to do the same. The car seat tech showed me how to uninstall and reinstall my new nuna exec so I donβt have to return everytime I take it out. Really helpful. Thank you ladies ?

The staff are very welcoming and have a wide range of knowledge on all products which is extremely helpful when finding the perfect gift for friends and family.
