β β β β β Very good quality product but operator on the counter (bpa) served us in a very poor manner of customer service. Went in asked for a wind cover for a baby pram and she said no they dont sell any but i found on the shelf a wheather shield cover that i can use at any kind of whether. Evidence of lack of knowledge about the products they sell and lazy customer service.

β β β β β Customer service was bad, unhelpful. They didn't have stock available, it was a complete waste of time, one would think they would have enough inventory available considering we live in a tech savvy era, if we can track our pizza order why can't they track inventory huhhh.

β β β β β Young lovely asian lady was very helpful and eager to help with me and my family when we were wanting to know more about the strollers. though she was very helpful and accomodating, other staff were very talkative with each other while infront of other customers. Experience at this store was very good because of the young lady (walked away with 1.9k worth of products that day).
