Each time I have been there to get various problems sorted I have been pleasantly with the cost as opposed to past experiences with other garages. The one time I did take a vehicle in they advised that the costs would be significant and advised that it would pay in long run not to get it fixed. I appreciated their honesty as opposed to just talking me into getting it done to get the work. On that occasion they didn't even charge me for assessing the vehicle (which involved more than a quick glance) and giving me advice. Highly recommend.

Sounds like a great way to get ripped off on parts , they obviously put a huge mark up on parts and hate it when you buy your own. Edit: Great response from your PR guy , but a mechanic isn't a cafe is it ?. The garage up the road took the job and did it well , without the attitude.
