β β β β β I went here in the month of 05/2021 and I was pleased with the experience. I regularly buy printer ink cartridges from here. They have a wide variety of products for printer inks such as hp, brother, cannon and others. I have brought stationary from here such as pens, clear folders and other products and I will continue to do so into the future. The store is tidy and accessible. They have an online presence which includes online shopping and online printing. Thanks for your help warehouse stationary.

β β β β β Most unprofessional place in the region to try and get things printed. Staff are always impolite and disorganized. I've been trying to get one picture printed and have being waiting for 2 hours yet the staff continue wandering off and wasting time and still haven't printed it after telling me half an hour ago it would be ready in ten minutes. I recommend flying colours instead. The staff are professional and friendly and go the extra mile to serve the customer.

β β β β β Worst retail experience ever!
Now that they are located in The Warehouse they have gone down hill big time.
I did a click & collect online -
I got the email to say its ready to collect, I went to collect and they were closed, it was 1pm and no reason given.
I went back the next day to find a 2 ques a mile long with only 2 staff members. I eventually made it to the front of the que to find out that I'm in the wrong que and need to go to The Warehouse customer service desk.
So I'm now in another mile long que, finally get to the front to be told I'm at the wrong window again, I move to the correct que, wait another 15min before getting served only to find out that they couldn't locate the items I had purchased?
So not only did I waste my time but I didn't even get the items id purchased.
I requested a refund immediately which I'm still waiting for.
I used to love going to Warehouse Stationery.
I will never go there again, or The Warehouse.
I don't blame the staff for this experience at all, this is a classic case of rich men in suits trying to make more money at the expense of us the consumers.
I wish I could choose 0 stars

β β β β β On previous visits I wouldn't rate customer service super high, never get greeted in the store, no-one asks if they can assist when looking around, and it seems to be slow getting served. However, on my recent visit to get some laminating done, the young lady that served me was fantastic. I am only sad I didn't get her name. She was in the printing area on her own, dealing with a number of customers, multi-tasking on various machines. She was friendly, efficient and am pretty sure had a great smile on behind her mask.
