★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could have given "MINUS 10" (-10) for my rating of this con-man's business I would have given that. Not only was I RIPPED off by over $400 (paid $1200 on a machine I later found out was being sold for $750), but on top of that he sold me the WRONG machine that we still cannot use since it was made for professionals in mind, yet I explicitly told this specialist (ha ha) trader I needed it for a beginner.
He's accepted NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL for his mistake. He refused me a reasonable refund request of $900 but promised to pick up the machine and try and sell it for $700 ($500 less than I paid). 7 months later, after 3 failed promises to arrange pick-up, I will be putting this case before the Tribunal.
Buyer beware: If you want GOOD advice and a good value deal on sewing machines, AVOID this place like the plague. You have been warned. I've had endless stress and many headaches dealing with the man and his crooked lying and bad advice.
