★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked last night via an add on facebook market place...seemed real professional...was looking forward to getting a full head of foils after lockdown took the afternoon off work...showed up at the salon and asked if I'd like to go there mangere shop instead...they were closing...like hello made app last night...they had my number could have had the decency to call me but no...salon was real run down...staff sitting around...bowels fill of old colours...real tacky looking shop the care of the salon reflects the care of there clients...real pleased they messed up my appointment...found an awsome hairdresser in Marua Road Ellerslie Abstract Haircutters fantastic customer focus and so well mannered...the 1 star is for helping me find a a more professional salon for my foils...Wouldn't even recommended this salon even to idiot's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first time here and never again. only went in cause they had a special on for nails at $29 after getting nails done they said it was $35 not even worth it... she burnt me a few times and this hasnt happend to me before... hideous nails and cheap polish used not happy at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an absolute nightmare, never going back there again, hours of business are not what is advertised, I thought I would get in nice and early as it stated that they were open at 9, but but no one turned up until 11:15, very unprofessional. They want to charge professional prices for amateur work, I would have given them no stars but it wouldn't allow me to, wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy!

I made an appointment last Wednesday for following day at 5:15pm. I drove from Ellerslie to find they had closed early no phone call to inform me that they closed early. When I called the following day they informed me the boss told them to go home early. No apology at all

They blamed me for my eyelash extensions being crooked, seriously messed up my natural lashes, after a few hours multiple lashes have fallen out just from blinking! I walked in here with high expectations, due to being recommended going here from a friend, only to walk out and have a breakdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls there are great they know what they're doing and they are top notch! I would give them a 5 for their knowledge and service. The only reason I gave them a 3 is where the fault falls on owners/bosses who come in to get a haircut they make the rest of us paying customers feel unappreciated, as time and attention is taken away with one less worker down especially in a busy salon and one person is doing the job of two where customers are sitting there like longer than they need to be.

Got my nails done first and honest to who I hated it! The lady burnt my fingers and made my nails look absolutely hideous. I’m not exaggerating!!! They were crooked and sore. She charged $35 but I made a complaint and paid $25. Honestly surprised I paid!!
The ladies that worked there agreed she did a bad job nail tech was adamant they were perfect.
I’d highly recommend the lash lady she was amazing with my lashes and brows, if it wasn’t for her I would’ve given just 1 star. I hope she leaves.
My haircut was cut crooked so wasn’t to happy with the hairstylist. Wasn’t the best place I’ve been to, will not be going back again. Overall paid $115 all up for the services.
