★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lady was very rude! Went to get facial waxing done and was met with a very rude and disrespectful service. Made very rude comments and when approached about her rude behaviour her response was as if she did not care. Very sad about this experience, have never been treated so badly.

However she did not even make sure the wax was a safe temperature before applying to my skin I complained it was too hot & then she repeated the same mistake waxing my bikini area with very hot wax! Felt like she didn't really care which really put me off
Please check that the hot wax's temperature is safe before applying on your customers
