Eyelashes flares I will not go here again, very unsanitary conditions. And my lashes are painful and pokey. Not happy

Service wasn’t the worst however I had an eyelash extension appointment scheduled for 11am which wasn’t passed on to reception. I arrived and had to wait an extra 20 minutes. The lash lady was in and out of the room after applying lashes. However, the process was fast and they did look beautiful. BUT - Just TWO days of having my eyelashes done they had fallen out effortlessly. $55 for lashes that last only 2 days? Disappointing waste of money.

They were polite, until they started working on my nails. The ladies did not know what she was doing. Did not sanitize the equipment or station after the other customers. I ask for coffen shape (nails were uneven, short & long & was not even coffen shaped) I asked if she can take the dead skin off (no she didn’t, she just ignored me) she glued the acrylic nails onto my skin & also glued her fingers onto acrylic (she thought it was funny, she started laughing leaving a bump of sticky glue & just painted over it) First ever pedicure that does not massage, soak your feet, scrub etc full spa (I wasted my money) I highly recommend not to get manicure & pedicure done at Beauty express!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Let’s just say if I could give NO STARS - I would! The service sucked and I don’t believe the workers know what they’re doing! I went in for lash extension removals and the lady applied this “cream” (pictured) to my eyes. She told me it’d only take 10-15 minutes for the entire removal process however, I laid there for nearly 40 minutes with the product on! When it came to the time to wash the product off, she had to guide me to the tap as I was unable to open my eyes to wash the product off myself. I’VE HAD LASH REMOVALS DONE ELSEWHERE PLENTY OF TIMES & HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS! Once I started washing my eyes, the product stung my eyes so so badly and I couldn’t even open them! To describe the experience, it was as if she literally put chilli flakes and different hot spices in my eyes and my vision was blurred??‍♀️! It took multiple times to wash my eyes before I could even open them and when I did, there was gunk on the cornea of the eye! The worker began to panic and then she advised me to lie back down so she can “wash my eyes”…like why didn’t she do that to begin with?! SAVE YOUR EYES AND DON’T GO HERE FOR THAT SERVICE - EVER!!!

Eye-lashes- ( Flares) My sister got her lashes done by the Indian lady there. The first two days they fell off and when she called in they said come in and they will refund her $45. When we went in to get her refund they refused and said they can do her lashes the following day, we said no because she had bad experience and why would we want to come back . They said they checked the cameras and can't find my sister coming in to do her lashes and said to come back next day so they can ask other staff who did her lashes. At this point it was getting ridiculous going back and fourth and now stating she didn't visit there salon, the workers were talking in their language which was rude and then the Indian lady that works there tries to jump in and say come in tomorrow to sort it out, I said to her we not coming in tomorrow because the work they did on my sister was very poor and now there customer service was just as bad. If you were the Manager why didn't you come to the counter and talk to us properly rather than sitting there? Your manager definitely needs a lot of training on how to deal with situations like this and not hide behind the workers then run her mouth. I will definitely share this around so people know about your services and don't be calling Police when you know your wrong!

I have been going to this salon on & off for awhile to do my nails but unfortunately the service has gone way way downhill. I wont be coming back. I had frenchtips done and it seemed like the girl didnt know what she was doing. The white tips were uneven & fuzzy. The palms of her hands were dirty also (black sticky stuff on them). If I had more time or energy I would of said something but I just couldnt be bothered and paid & left. This salon really needs a DEEP CLEAN. The hygiene of the place and equipment is very poor. The place also smelt of B/O. Please do better if you want to keep customers. I dont mean to sound harsh but Iam giving an honest review based on my experience in the hopes that you will make changes then I would happily come back.

I went for a pedicure and a gel polish. I told the beautician that one toe was SOMETIMES prone to being ingrown on the side. It was fine at the time as I had been looking after it really well and it had grown straight. She hacked into it and cut down then horizontally across. Leaving a sharp ledge deep down in my flesh. My toe has been super painful for weeks and has now gotten infected. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing.

In all honesty, this had to be one of the worse services I have ever come across. The Indian lady who works there had done a friends nails meanwhile the Asian lady had done mine. My friends nails happened to come out very crocked & when applying the thick coat that goes above the French tip she was wiping the brush along her apron, her fingers & the paper towel infront of her. I’m not an expert @ doing nails but I do know that the powder is dabbed on to the brush the brush isn’t swirled around in the pot of powder then wiped off with fingers & then applied on?? my friends nails had become very bumpy @ this point but thanks to the Asian lady’s buffing it came smooth. meanwhile 2 lady’s had come in to get their lashes done the Asian lady had to assist them while the Indian lady comes over to finish my nails off.. she ended up filing my nails so roughly to the point where my cuticle actually started bleeding. At this point I’d come to close to stop the service. But I honestly don’t recommend attending this place for manicures.. if however you do decide to go in , ask for the Asian lady. Her work & patience is none like the other worker.
