★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, first nail salon I've been to ages where the staff smile and are really accommodating. Did a fab job on the nails too. My fave bit was the hit stone massage during my pedicure. Could renovate the store though to be at the same level of the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ some young workers were very kind but some workers there have very rude attitude and don’t treat them well if they are young , don’t even say sorry when i got injured by them which i was very unhappy about , when they do nails it kinda painful sometimes . But still they are very good at nails i love when i get my nails done there it’s just attitude makes me don’t want to go there anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had visited Diva nails recently and had my eyebrows tinted, They sat me down and continue to tell me that the medium to dark brown was a good colour for me, they apply the tint telling me to wait 10 minutes and come back later than 10 minutes and wipe off the tiny. They tell me I’m all set ready to go into look in the mirror I take one look and what I saw was atrocious, my eyebrows were black they were boxy and extremely horrible after yelling to get my money back i finally do, no apology given and rudely hands over the cash DO NOT RECCOMEND. keep in mind i got my nails done there and they were completely rushing and left parts of my nails open after i got SNS nails!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service and poor manicure I have ever seen. The lady was extremely rude speaking under her breath every single time I requested a simple thing. You should not be turning up to work angry at the world and treat your customers like that. Very poor job. The nails were scratchy AF I had to ask for a refile after my nails were done then I was blamed because my nails are short but they were taken to that size by the rude worker so I filled them at home instead. Wonky shape, no attention to details. Rushed. Colour on skin. No clear professional work or efforts. The gel was bumpy and lumpy, the colour wasn’t applied properly so it was very inconsistent in different angel/lightings.
Overall in tasteful staff attitude. Yes it’s cheap but it’s not worth the work or experience. Never returningC a waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter and I had two lovely appointments here. We love the eyebrows and eyelashes, and the spa pedi and Mani were a wonderful treat. The ladies are all lovely, and you never feel rushed. It's a relaxing experience - we can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called first thing and was able to secure an appt for the same day. Clean facilities and the girl doing my acrylic extensions and gel dip nails was brilliant. Quick, attention to detail and thorough. I’ve had so many compliments. Will be back in 3 weeks! Thank you!
