★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to the Henderson store to try and sell a few vintage designer things. Don’t know his name but I was there around 12.00 today.. Totally understand if you guys were not interested in buying but the sales guy was SO rude and unprofessional, I’ve never been spoken to like that by a sales person before. Was shocked I literally left and started walking out the door before he had finished his sentence. He also told me the box for my bag was fake which isn’t true .... really bad customer service!! Maybe train your staff how to talk to people with more respect next time. There is another nice guy I’ve dealt with in the past who sadly wasn’t there that day.
