Applicable to tyres damaged under normal driving conditions with a legal remaining tread depth (1.5mm). Excludes the following situations: (a) a motor vehicle accident between two vehicles; (b) tyre damage attributed to abuse ie. excessive driving on a flat tyre, misalignment etc.; and (c) vandalism or wilful damage. Only applies to tyres supplied and fitted by Tony’s Tyre Service. Tyre Cover Plus does not cover instances where an after-market self sealing gel has been used on the tyre.

β β β β β Came for a puncture repair which was supposed to be free given I had bought wheel alignment package. I was advised I had to pay extra $57 given they had to remove a special material from the tyre. Not happy since there are not conditions on repair, just says it is free so not sure why I was being asked to pay extra. This is after being a loyal customer for 8+ years.

β β β β β Very mixed feelings. Good thing they took me without appointment to fix my Tyre. But service is suuuuuuuuper slow I was waiting for 1 hour what normally done for 30 min. And they try to sell you lots of things you don't necessarily need. Prices are also very far from super affordable

Shout out to Abid! This was our first time at Tony's Tyre service and we had a great experience! My wife and I have been checking on other Tyre services before we came here and when I called this branch, I'm impressed by the level of knowledge that he has. He's not like the typical assertive marketing and the caring tone has made us decide to visit this place.
We were greeted by a friendly staff when arrived. He was informative, checked our car's tyre thoroughly while being very attentive to all our questions. We learned a lot about the tyre and how to maintain it. Guess what? It was Abid that I have spoken with on the phone!
Apart from that, we got a very good deal, the best deal I would say. We were explained about the benefits of nitrogen and the tyre cover plus (Free replacement if the tyre is damaged beyond repair) for a small fee. He didn't force us to buy it or change his attitude when we show no interest. This is level of professionalism is beyond compare. We decided to get the cover plus because it was explained nicely and we understood the benefits.
The work was clean and tidy. The team did a great job installing both front tyres. It's not that long to get the work done. Thanks to the team especially Abid! I can tell that the car maneuver is smoother than before! Thank you and I wish you success!

β β β β β Called in on Saturday morning at 9:15 for an urgent appointment. Was asked to come in at 11:30. Technician checked the car promptly, offered multiple solutions. At no point did I feel pressured for a sale. I opted to do a wheel alignment with rotation and balance instead of replacing all 4 wheels which would have the more expensive permanent solution. Picked up call at 1:30 as promised. Drives so much better. Will return in 6 months time to get all the tyres replaced.

β β β β β Went into this place do with a nail in Tyre. Fully booked out, so I waited outside one of the guys came outside and offered me a seat inside which I was thankful for but I was waiting for my family to pick me up. Excellent service, awesome customer care. Well done!

I really enjoyed the inspection video that was sent to my phone while waiting in the shop that was really helpful to know about my vehicle and the little things that it might need to better my vehicles performance. Great service is all I can say ?

β β β β β Lovy, the Manager was exceptionally helpful, the floor staff tried his best to attend to my car's puncher. Maserati, being a specialized car, they both warned me about the air suspension being locked. Going forward I will always go to Tony's Tyre Henderson. What more I need, they are the only tyre shop around Henderson that's open on Sunday, and you can enjoy free coffee on winter cold days...Legends.
