★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store last week and I have to say, the customer service was on point! There was a beautiful bubbly young woman that was working on her own at the time that I went in and she made my shopping experience there really worth it! She helped me and also gave me advice on outfits as I was looking for something to wear to a wedding and I'm not the one to dress up. In short, my dress sense is pretty much non existent. I also noticed that she greeted every single person that came in the store (myself and my partner included) and I heard her compliment so many people that came in. She really made my day and my trip out to that store. I would drive all the way from South Auckland just to this particular store if I am ever in need of an outfit again. I'm really gutted that I didn't ask her for her name! Keep up the great work though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store yesterday for the first time in a few months. The thing that really pmo is the fact i asked the lady there to check a price on a dress I already have but in a different colour. It was 49 and I paid 30 for mine. That's fine but then I overhear her fawning over the other customer in store asking her to let her find her things, and then says she can give her a further $20 off the sale price. What about me????? I just walked out without buying anything for probably the first time in my life. Won't be going back in a hurry there are better sales online. Also there needs to be more racks and organization
