Both the doctors are knowledgeable and have awesome people's skill. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Karthak is very friendly and got huge experience, always find out the reason quickly for illness and provide best treatment to heal faster.
Also Nurse Runmington(not sure exactly the name) is very helpful and knows exactly what she is doing.
Will highly recommend this GP practice in Auckland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor that I saw were kind, courteous, and helpful. This was my 4th year visiting the clinic and I am happy to have such a great place to go in a pinch near my home.
The doctor and staff are amazing. They are not only convenient, but they are also extremely knowledgeable and kind. My family makes appointments here for all of our medical needs. The doctor have experience in so many years We proudly consider Dr kd karthak our family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best GP in town, even though I live in Papatoetoe I still have him as my GP as its very convenient and Dr karthik is very efficient in reaching out Patients. Recently my daughter had pneumonia and with Dr Karthik guidance my daughter was able to recover quickly and I really appreciate his service and his work that he is doing for the Welfare of the Society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting Dominion road surgery Since 2012 for routine checkups. I would say their doctors (Dr.Basu & Dr.Karthak) are very friendly,kind and experienced in their field . In Past I always had a trouble with their receptionist as She hardly pick up the call & never followed up any queries or calls but Recently I visited and found out many changes in administrative which is much more professionalise. Specially my phone was answered within 1st attempt and appointment booked without any problem.In couple of days again I made call to know my test results as somehow it wasn’t showing on “Manage my Health” app and Dr.Karthak was the one who picked up the call and He transfer my call to Practice Nurse Jennifer then I provided my details and within 2 minutes I received my results via email which was prompt & hassle free and she followed up until my all queries solved . Thanks to Jennifer & Dr.Basu and I hope I will get the same service in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hard to see doctor in person even though explaining it to receptionist that it's for severe complications but still they are saying due to Covid we can't give you in person appointment. I understand Covid restrictions are in place but now everything is going back to normal doctors can see patients in person with necessary protection like other GP practices are doing.
Also how can receptionist decide that patient needs in person appointment or telephonic. Seems they are making their job easy and hard for patients. On the top of it male receptionist always in hurry to end the call.
P.S. No complaints about the doctors esp. Dr. Basu /Dr. Karthak are highly recommended. I hope things will get better and practice understand that no one really wants to see doctor until they really need it.
