β β β β β Pretty bad service if your ordering for a delivery. I ordered my pizza at 6:40 for delivery at 7:15. Currently my pizza still hasnt left the store at 8:20. The stores phone wont ring either.

β β β β β Very low quality customer service and low food quality on multiple occasions. They don't know care for their customers, they are under staffed and work slow. If I were to make a recommendation I'd say go the Anderson's bay dominoes, they are much better.

β β β β β Great delivery always does the job. I was here a few weeks ago and could tell they were busy (Saturday night) and they were still serving well and made our pizza deliciously while being ridiculously busy.

β β β β β Delivery never came. Used to be good but it has been terrible lately. Tried to call the 4 times, both via official website and store line. No one pick up the phone period within the span of 3 hours. Not recommended unless you want to be scam.
Not to mentioned the fact that this is the 2nd failure delivery twice in a row. Sent feedback, first delivery completed ignored. No refund no compensation. 2nd delivery ignored, and I am going to the store tomorrow.

β β β β β Ordered cheesy garlic pizza with peri peri sauce but got burned pizza with no peri peri sauce on it. On what planet could you pack burned pizza. I understand mistakes can happen but there is always opportunity to correct it. Disappointed with quality

β β β β β Usually Dominoes is good but not great today, all pizzass were burnt with one being practically inedible. Not many ways to leave feedback or to make a complaint/to resolve the issue. Called the store and awaiting a call back from the manager - will update if this happens or doesn't happen. Still poor effort dominoes!

β β β β β Used to love the vegan options for my boyfriend, however, last time he got a vegan Godfather, there was no plant-based beef and no olives (not by choice). This time, same order, there was only a sprinkling of plant-based beef and they were burnt, as well as one singular olive piece. The redeeming quality is that one of the non vegetarian/vegan pizzas was decent, the other was burnt though. Also didn't get my receipt. (Didn't think to get a picture of the time there was no toppings, showing the most recent one)(They were busy and I didn't want to drive all the way back so didn't complain straight to them)
