★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in line in drive through for a good 15 minutes ordered and didn't get ny whole order I realize they were really under the pump at the time was really looking forward to my burgers on the way home
Over all other meals were delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to north Dunedin as south was very full. Although the line was only a couple of cars long. The wait and lack of staff willingness was very inconvenient.
Staff are paid to smile and make your visit pleasant. This is not what north Dunedin KFC seems to practice. I'll stick with the long line at south Dunedin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru experience is highly variable, I've experienced underbreaded chicken, wrong orders, missed items, and general inconsistentcy in quality over various visits. You don't always get a receipt which makes it difficult to raise issues, after leaving drive thru.
Defintely needs better training of staff to improve consistency in service, otherwise a typical KFC for when that craving kicks in.
