★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are stuck in cavemen times apparently, cause they don’t know how to pick up a phone. Me and my mate called the KAIKORAI VALLEY branch about 700 times and we didn’t get one answer back. Such a disgraceful branch, they need to sort their stuff out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza ok....but I overheard a manager telling a staff member not to worry they overcharged me and not to bother paying it back. I laid a complaint and never heard back. Poor direction by management, terrible way to teach your staff. Loyalty damaged..won't be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less than 1 star. Purchased through the website on Saturday 16th at 10pm. I got charged for the purchase and when i got to the store, the store is closed. Keep calling to the store without an answer. I want an explanation and my refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Ordered online and wanted an hour only to call and to have them tell me they canceled my order but had not contacted me. Didn't even tell them my name for the order so they must have canceled a lot. Would have been fine if they had told me bit they didn't and the man on the phone was quite rude, won't be ordering again from here and will tell others to avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s okay if you are hungry and lazy to cook. Tasty but not worth what you pay. Not a healthy option. We bought extra large buffalo chicken containing very little amount of chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online and was told my order will be coming at 4:30, was charged instantly. 2 hours later, Order didn't arrived. Tried to phone the branch in which i ordered yet no one was answering, tried to text and email but no one ever replied or updated. couldn't go out due to isolation and they made it harder with a very small communication. Up until now I couldn't reach KAIKORAI VALLEY branch and they never updated my order, didn't received refund so I basically paid for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the cheese toastie crust on both our pizzas but only one came with it. Pizza not cut. 3/4 times they have made it with the wrong crust. The quality has dropped significantly as of late and would. Pizzas always ordered in plenty of time but usually running 5-10 minutes behind.
